Stella Giossi

Abstract
The aim of present study was to investigate the reliability of the questionnaire LLEHUREDE that measures attitudes towards lifelong learning and its impact on human resource development by checking it through the usage of five models, which are: 1. Model Alfa (Cronbach’s α), 2. Model Spit-Half, 3. Model Guttman, 4. Model Parallel and 5. Model Strict Parallel. The sample group of this research study consisted of 87 employees and employers who work at the same place in Greece. Indeed, these five different methods of reliability asserted the reliability of the 80 items’ scale.
